Enrique Mallen, Ph.D.

Professor, Department of World Languages and Cultures, Sam Houston State University

Dr. Enrique Mallen earned his PhD in Linguistics from Cornell University. He is Professor in the Department of World Languages and Cultures at Sam Houston State University. He has published numerous articles and books on linguistics, poetic language, semiotics and art history. Since 1997 he is director of the Online Picasso Project, a Digital Humanities publication dedicated to the analysis and dissemination of the works by the multilingual and multidisciplinary Pablo Picasso. Yoav Caspi

Senior Lecturer, Kingston School of Arts, Kingston University London

Yoav Caspi is a senior lecturer, architect, and sculptor. Yoav leads Yoca Design, a practice sculpting reliefs and lamps. The practice draws inspiration from architectural language, investigating landscapes and their inhabitants through reliefs. The lamps add another dimension to the sculpting practice through illumination.

Yoav’s research focuses on advanced fabrication techniques and materials that inform unique and sustainable designs. He is a senior lecturer at the Architectural Association and Kingston School of Art where he leads a design studio. Yoav holds a MArch with commendation from the Architectural Association and a Fellowship of Higher Education (FHEA) from Kingston University. He previously taught as a postgraduate unit master in the MArch course at London Southbank University. As an architect, Yoav gained experience at several renowned UK-based practices including David Kohn Architects, AHMM and Tonkin Liu. At David Kohn Architects, he contributed to the shortlisted entry to reimagine the Sainsbury Wing of the National Gallery and the design of New College in Oxford. At Tonkin Liu, he designed the roof of the Sun Rain Rooms which won the RIBA Award 2017.

Astrid Rosetti

Lecturer, Kingston School of Art, Kingston University London

Astrid Rosetti is an art advisor and academic specialising in the global contemporary art market. She lectures on the MA Art Business programme at Kingston University and serves as Course Leader for art advising courses at Sotheby’s Institute of Art. She also teaches at Hubei University in China within the BA in Art and Digital Media programme. Alongside her academic work, she founded Rosetti Firmenich Art Advisory, an independent consultancy advising private collectors and institutions on acquisitions, valuation, and collection strategy. Her research and teaching focus on art-market dynamics, cross-cultural exchange, and the shifting relationship between education and professional practice.

Ioannis Panagiotou, Ph.D.

Lecturer, Performing Arts Department, Lincoln College

Dr. Ioannis Panagiotou is a UK-based artist and composer whose work explores themes of memory, migration, and identity through cross-media narratives and oral history. His artistic output spans audiovisual performances, installations, and concerts, and he aims to engage with sociocultural memories and the ghosts of the past. His work has been showcased at prestigious festivals globally, including the b-side Festival, Dialogues Festival, and the Tériade Museum of Modern Art, and he has collaborated with ensembles such as Plus-Minus Ensemble, Red Note Ensemble, and the Edinburgh Film Music Orchestra. As the Head of Music at Lincoln College and Tutor in Composing for Screen at the University of Edinburgh, Ioannis combines his artistic practice with teaching and research in the fields of composition, sound design, and music for screen. His current research interests focus on composition, video art, and oral history, and he holds a PhD in Composition from the University of Edinburgh.

Fengling Tang, Ph.D.

Senior Lecturer, School of Education, University of Roehampton, London

Dr Fengling Tang is currently the Programme Leader for BA/FdA/Top Up Early Childhood Studies and Froebel Professional Certificate in Early Childhood. She teaches on BA/MA programmes and supervises doctoral students as Director of Studies and Co-supervisor. Dr Tang is Convenor for the British Educational Research Association Early Childhood Education and Care Special Interest Group. She is also an Executive Committee Member of the International Froebel Society. Dr Tang has published research articles in peer reviewed journals such as Power and Education, Equity in Education and Society, Early Years, Childhood Education, and History of Education. Dr Tang has co-published a new book ‘Young Children’s Identities: a Multi-disciplinary Perspective’.

Dr. Rick Arrowood

Lecturer in Northeastern University

Dr. Rick J. Arrowood is an esteemed leader with an extensive track record of over three decades in global leadership and nonprofit organizations. His multifaceted career spans academia, organizational leadership, and consulting. Currently serving as a faculty member at Northeastern University (Boston, MA, USA) and Boston College (Chestnut Hill, MA, USA), Dr. Arrowood specializes in Management, Organizational Development, and Leadership.

Dr. Ioannis Panagiotou

Tutor in University of Edinburgh

Ioannis Panagiotou is a UK-based artist and composer. His art uses cross-media narratives for exploring issues of memory, migration and identity. Ioannis' works have been presented internationally in Japan, UK, Lithuania, Denmark, Belgium, Switzerland and Greece. He has worked with F-Wakaba Dance, Plus-Minus Ensemble, Red Note Ensemble, Edinburgh Quartet, Decoda, Edinburgh Film Music Orchestra, Edinburgh Contemporary Ensemble, St Andrews New Music Ensemble, Theros Theatre Ensemble and Portativ Ensemble. Holding a PhD in Composition from the University of Edinburgh, Ioannis is the Head of Music at Lincoln College and teaches Composition at the University of Edinburgh. He is also the artistic director of the PN Ensemble, and is an Artist in Residence at the Zurich University of the Arts.
